The Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) has called on clubs to continue paying their players and staff if they can afford to, while accepting that players must "share the financial burden" of football's coronavirus shutdown and dismissing any suggestions they are blocking wage deferrals.
Aaron Cresswell says there is can be no rush for football to return with public health the priority and that, as a father, he is "petrified" by the coronavirus pandemic.
